  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Add about ½ cup of the Shake & Bake seasoning (or enough to coat the pork) to a zipper bag.
  3. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
  4. Lightly brush both sides of the pork chops with oil.
  5. Place one pork chop at a time into the bag and shake until evenly coated.
  6. Gently press the seasoning onto the pork chops to help it adhere.
  7. Arrange pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  8. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, turning once halfway through, depending on thickness.
  9. Check doneness with a meat thermometer; pork is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  10. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
