⭐ Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried onion flakes
  • 8 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • ½ teaspoon celery seed
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

⭐ Directions

  1. Measure all ingredients into a bowl or lidded container.
  2. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
  3. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
  4. Be sure to label and date your container.

⭐ How to Use This Mix

Use 3 tablespoons to equal 1 packet (like Lipton).

For Onion Soup

  • Place 3 tablespoons mix into a medium saucepan.
  • Stir in 4 cups water and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  • Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
  • Makes about 3½ cups.

For Classic Onion Dip

Mix 3 tablespoons of the soup mix into 1 (16 oz.) container of sour cream.
Stir until smooth and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
