⭐ Ingredients
- 1 cup dried onion flakes
- 8 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- ½ teaspoon celery seed
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
⭐ Directions
- Measure all ingredients into a bowl or lidded container.
- Mix well until thoroughly combined.
- Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
- Be sure to label and date your container.
⭐ How to Use This Mix
Use 3 tablespoons to equal 1 packet (like Lipton).
For Onion Soup
- Place 3 tablespoons mix into a medium saucepan.
- Stir in 4 cups water and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
- Makes about 3½ cups.
For Classic Onion Dip
Mix 3 tablespoons of the soup mix into 1 (16 oz.) container of sour cream.
Stir until smooth and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
