Ingredients
- 2 pork chops (boneless or bone-in)
- 3 tablespoons cream of chicken soup (⅓ of a 10.5-oz can)
- 1 ½ teaspoons brown gravy mix (⅓ of a packet)
- 1 ½ teaspoons onion soup mix (⅓ of a packet)
- 2 Tablespoons water or broth of choice (chicken or vegetable work well)
Directions
- Place pork chops in the bottom of a 4 quart slow cooker. They may overlap slightly.
- In a small bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, brown gravy mix, onion soup mix, and broth.
- Pour the mixture over the pork chops, making sure all sides are coated.
- Cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours.
- Thick chops may need a little extra time; thin chops may finish sooner.
