Ingredients:
- 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 small carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
- Salt, pepper, and Seasoned Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Cook Beef: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef slices, season lightly with salt and pepper, and cook 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
