Ingredients:

  • 2 tilapia fillets (about 5 oz each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: pinch of paprika for color

Instructions:

  1. Prep Fish: Pat tilapia dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika if using.
  2. Cook Tilapia: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds. Add tilapia and cook 3–4 minutes per side until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  3. Finish & Serve: Squeeze lemon juice over tilapia and sprinkle with dried parsley. Serve immediately.
