- ½ packet French onion soup/dip mix (about 0.5 oz)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the pork chops in a small baking dish (8×8 or similar), laying them flat without overlapping if possible.
- In a medium bowl, mix the sour cream and French onion dip mix until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the pork chops, completely covering the meat.
- Sprinkle crispy fried onions evenly over the top.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and continue baking 15–25 minutes, until pork is fully cooked and tender (time will vary based on thickness).
