Ingredients
- 2 servings Just Bare chicken nuggets, air-fried
- ½ cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- Italian seasoning, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Pasta of choice, cooked (about 2 servings)
- 1/4 cup Parmesian cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine ricotta cheese, marinara sauce, and half of the mozzarella.
- Stir frequently until heated through and smooth. Do not boil.
- Divide pasta between two bowls. Spoon a small amount of sauce over the pasta.
- Top with chicken nuggets, remaining sauce, and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and some Parmesian.
- Microwave each bowl on high for about 30 seconds, or until cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
