Ingredients

  • 2 pork chops (boneless or bone-in)
  • 3 tablespoons cream of chicken soup (⅓ of a 10.5-oz can)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons brown gravy mix (⅓ of a packet)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons onion soup mix (⅓ of a packet)
  • 2 Tablespoons water or broth of choice (chicken or vegetable work well)

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, brown gravy mix, onion soup mix, and broth.
  2. Pour the mixture over the pork chops, making sure all sides are coated.
  3. Cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours.
    • Thick chops may need a little extra time; thin chops may finish sooner.


Tips

  • Use more of less water depending on how thick or thin you like gravy.
  • Boneless or bone-in chops both work well; boneless take up less room in the slow cooker and get more evenly coated.
  • Add-ins: sliced onions, bell peppers, or hot peppers for extra flavor.

Substitutions

  • Use pork gravy mix if available.
  • Replace the onion soup mix with extra gravy mix if preferred.
  • Substitute cream of mushroom soup for cream of chicken.
