Quick Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry for Two

This quick beef and broccoli stir fry for two combines tender beef, crisp broccoli, and a savory garlic sauce for a fast, flavorful dinner that’s ready in under 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 small carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
  • Salt, pepper, and Seasoned Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook Beef: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef slices, season lightly with salt and pepper, and cook 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. Cook Veggies: In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add broccoli and carrot and stir-fry 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  3. Combine: Return beef to skillet, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir 1–2 minutes until heated through.
  4. Serve: Plate and enjoy immediately.
